Muddy Fork, Retford’s ‘Gardening for Wellbeing’ charity based at the Idle Valley Nature Reserve, continues to thrive and was delighted to be awarded ‘Charity of the Year’ by local community radio station Crags Radio recently. The garden continues to grow – it’s that time of year – and so do the weeds. A new development, however,
is the ‘Wellbeing Cycle’ project which is now in full swing.

Muddy Fork’s green approach to wellbeing recognises that this can be enhanced by gentle exercise and outdoor activity. Cycling, additionally, can provide access to services and social interaction without the need for public transport or private vehicles. To find out more about the bike sessions, please contact Muddy Fork via social media, email or call 01777 567005. More general information, including about the gardening sessions and how to make a referral, can be found on the Muddy Fork website, or you can email .
