The first meeting of Les Francophiles de Tickhill in 2020 is on Wednesday 8th January (a week later than usual), when Marie Pierre Brown will be talking about the changing world of art in Paris with a talk entitled ‘La Belle Époque and Colette’. On 5th February, Lindsay Dawes will be talking about the differences between English and French methods of butchering.
The group meet in the Parish Room, Tickhill, at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of the month. The annual subscription is £17.50. Non-members are charged at £4.00 per meeting but this is refundable if you decide to join. For more information call Jan Murray on 01302 611415.
