What next for the North Nottinghamshire Local Group of Nottinghamshire Wildife Trust?

Lockdown restrictions have eased and the pubs are open! Provided there is no second spike, they may well have eased further by the time you read this. However, many people are still being very careful about taking risks that might result in exposure to the virus. It is difficult to envisage what the future holds and what the North Nottinghamshire Local Group of Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust shall be able to offer its members in the way of talks and activities.
Their winter programme of talks would normally begin in September but even if they are able to offer their usual programme, members might find the risk of attending unacceptable so they are trying to plan for all eventualities. If you would like to have your say, do sign up for email updates and you will be invited to contribute to the discussion in the near future.
The other advantage of signing for updates is that you get regular information on the local wildlife from others in the area who are frequently emailing with their sightings, advice and comments on things such as rare bird visitors, how hedgehogs in the area are faring and progress reports on rescued orphans and injured wildlife. You don’t have to be a member of the Wildlife Trust for this but of course if you are, your contributions go to support wildlife in your area.
