Volunteer drivers wanted

Do you want the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a remarkable Jaguar car collection and raise thousands of pounds for local charity Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice?

Retford’s Stuart Dixon, who has now raised over £200,000 for the charity, is seeking new volunteer drivers to help him with the fundraising project.

As well as covering some of his racing cars with permanent, sponsored, coloured vinyl stickers in return for a donation to the charity, he and his drivers also take his cars around the country to county shows, country fairs and Jaguar and classic car shows, as well as attending restaurant and garage ‘open days’. At the shows, people donate to sit in the cars and at some shows ride in them.

If you hold a driving license and this sounds like a project you would like to get involved in, Stuart would love to hear from you. Email him at sherwoodjaguarracing@gmail.com.
