An enjoyable and fun golf taster session was experienced by the 27 women that attended the Swing into Spring event at Retford Golf Club (RGC); the weather was kind, as earlier in the week it looked like it might be rained off!
There was quite a buzz of excitement in the clubhouse as the women chatted to each other about their first experience of swinging a golf club, while enjoying a glass of Prosecco.
Many thanks go to James Freeman, the Club’s PGA professional who made the session fun and enjoyable.
The women who attended this session are all looking forward to the next event on Saturday 29th April at RGC; this time it is Putting in Pink, a session where the women can have a go at chipping and putting around the green.
