Sutton Art Group celebrated Easter with a fabulous competition. Members were invited to enter an 8×8 painting with the theme ‘What Easter Means to Me’. The competition was judged by Jenny Bailey from Sutton Gardening Club, who presented winner Wendy Jarman with her Easter Egg prize.

All entries can be seen on at www.suttonart.co.uk.

There are two events to look forward to in June: a workshop with Steven Coates focusing on reflections in water on Friday 21st June, and then on Sunday 23rd June the group will be exhibiting in the church in Gringley on the Hill at the Open Gardens and Classic Car Event.

If you would like to join, Sutton Art Group meets every Friday at 10.00am to 12.30pm. Your first visit is free. For more information visit www.suttonart.co.uk.
