Sutton Speed Watch Team (all volunteers) organised a monitoring day as an ongoing effort to reduce speeding vehicles in the village. This was done in conjunction with the North Notts Speed Watch personnel supported by an onsite camera van.
The village had previously been circulated with supporting leaflets to make more people aware of the current situation and what actions have been taken by the group. A special event was also held on Saturday 8th July to introduce the group of volunteers, with free speed limit wheelie bin stickers available. A good turn out on the day. Thanks to all involved in the event.
