Coming up to Easter, Ryton Chorale has already presented Messiah.
Now on Palm Sunday, which falls on 2nd April this year, the choir will give its second performance: Stainer’s Crucifixion, in Christ Church on Thievesdale Lane, Worksop S81 0SX.
The baritone soloist will be David Wynne from Birmingham, who was previously conductor of the choir for six years. The performance will start at 6.30pm with the doors open at 6.00pm. Tickets are £7.00 and available from choir members, on 01909 476402 or tickets@rytonchorale.org.uk.
