Retford Ramblers Group are always happy to meet people who would like to join one of their Sunday walks. Experienced walkers or anyone just wanting to give it a try will be made welcome. Our programme offers walks of varying lengths and in a variety of locations in our local area, in Lincolnshire and, of course, the Peak District.
We walk on most Sundays and meet in the Chapelgate Car Park where car sharing is encouraged. The group is part of the national Ramblers organisation, a charity dedicated to protecting the public rights of way which makes the countryside more accessible for everyone.
