The Retford Group of the Ramblers Association is small and friendly and is always pleased to welcome people on a Taster Walk.
The group walks on Sundays throughout the year and meets in the car park on Chapelgate to car share if required.
Walks already scheduled for September are North Wheatley, Gringley and Clayworth 10-mile Circular, a strenuous seven miles in the Peak District and a nine-mile jaunt in and around Clumber Park.
