Retford Hub needs you!

The Hub has space for wonderful original artwork, painted by local artists. They accept any media and subject suitable for display in a family setting! All sizes are considered. It is free to hang but 35% commission is taken on a sale.
They ask that the art is mounted and framed complete with D Rings to hang. Please contact the Hub on 01777 860414 for more information.

This year’s Rotary Young Artist Competition Exhibition is on in the Gallery. Entitled ‘My favourite place’, it features work from children from St Josephs, Mattersey Primary, Ordsall Primary, Sutton Primary, Ranskill Primary, Bracken Hill Primary, Carr Hill Primary and Orchard School and includes over 200 entries.

This month’s arts and crafts workshops are; Watercolour with Jennie (5th February at 12.30pm), the popular Parent and Child Craft class (9th February at 10.00am), Felting with Jennie (20th February at 7.00pm) and Craft with Angela (26th February at 7.00pm).

The Hub is also home to Retford Mayflower WI. The group welcomes Stephen Dunne to explain ‘How to Hang on to our Money!’ on Wednesday 13th February in the Hub Gallery from 7.00pm Visitors are welcome for a £5.00 admission fee.
