On Monday 8th May the Retford District MS Society Support Group took part in King Charles III’s Initiative ‘The Big Help Out Day’. If you were able to visit their stall at Retford’s King’s Park, learned a bit about the group and are interested in joining, please ring or email Barbara (details below).
The group’s monthly coffee, cake and chat will take place on Friday 2nd June at 10.30am at The Well, Hospital Road, Retford DN22 7BD. Anyone affected by MS will be welcomed by friendly members and supporters.
Regular Zoom meetings for physiotherapy, exercise and wellbeing sessions, quizzes and chats will take place every week.
