Following the events held during March at Wheatley Village Hall, the next event is an Easter Fayre (coffee morning) on Saturday 2nd April. This event will include stalls for crafts, plants, cards and gifts as well as face-painting and craft activities for children. Looking further ahead, there is a Wine Tasting evening planned for Saturday 7th May. More details will appear in next month’s issue.
The hall is also available for hire by individuals and groups. Hire rates are £12.00 per hour for the main hall and £8.50 per hour for the committee room, with a reduction of four hours for the price of three. The committee has also recently introduced an incentive for multiple bookings: six bookings for the price of five. Please note that these rates are fully inclusive and include full kitchen facilities, stage with stage curtains and lighting, Audio Visual system with overhead projector and dropdown screen, full sound system, Wi-Fi, etc.
