If you own land and/or are a housing developer or provider in the parish of Rampton and Woodbeck, you are asked to make contact with the Rampton and Woodbeck Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group to find out more about the Local Neighbourhood Plan.
The Steering Group are looking to engage with landowners and developers to understand the aspirations they have for their sites.
If, after a community referendum, The Neighbourhood Plan is adopted it becomes part of the statutory Development Plan and future planning decisions will be made in accordance with it. As a consequence, the plan will become an important document that will help determine what future development is and isn’t permitted in and around the parish of Rampton and Woodbeck.
