Markham Clinton Community Project’s Art and Crafts sessions continue to flourish. Join them for a crafty morning on Wednesdays between 10.30am and 12.30pm. The first class is free and then it’s £8.00 per session. All materials are included for the morning craft project. Craft teacher Judith has been crafting for over 20 years but is always open to suggestions for including different crafts or techniques. Christmas will soon be here, so she have lots of ideas for Christmas gifts and activities. At upcoming sessions, attendees will be making deco patch Christmas decorations, using a combination of glue and thin tissue paper. Crafts can include card making with dyes and inking, iris folding, quilling, rolled flowers and making teddy bears. They have also used MDF to make gnomes and other pieces, including frames. The morning is a good session to enjoy the company of others, over a coffee and cake and learn new skills.
