At the last meeting of Retford Inner Wheel, a club member spoke about her amazing experience as a volunteer at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham this year.
She was kept very busy in the Technical Information Department and her duties included making sure the ‘start’ lists were in the right place and liaising with the public. She is understandably very proud to have been a part of such a huge success.

Retford Inner Wheel Club is also looking forward to its annual Charter (anniversary) lunch and the ‘Breast Care Now’ coffee morning. This is one of the charities that the club President is supporting this year.
The group will also have a stall at the Retford Christmas Market and looks forward to seeing you there, or at one of their meetings (second Thursday of every month at Ye Olde Bell, 5.30pm for 6.00pm).
