Apple Day East Markham 2017 takes place all day in and around the Village Hall and adjacent Heritage Orchard on Sunday 1st October from 10.00am to 4.00pm. There will be 300-plus varieties of apples, free apple tasting, a cider bar featuring Scrumpy Wasp Cider produced in the village and a new apple recipe book. Pick Your Own apples at bargain prices, visit the ‘Apple Advice Centre’ and browse dozens of stalls related to apples, fruit growing, general gardening and crafts.
