The Clarborough Festival will soon be here — put Sunday 19th May into your diaries! Regulars will know that Clarborough’s festival is one of the biggest events in this part of the world with events and displays to grip the whole family. This opens at 10.00am, with a huge range of attractions both inside Clarborough Village Hall and also outside on the hall field.
Current planning for the 2019 festival includes:
- A wide range of stalls selling cakes and sweets as well as other artisan products.
- Barbecue with a range of burgers and other products.
- Indoor refreshments care of St John the Baptist Church.
- Local school and dance group displays.
- Annual dog show.
- Beer tent.
- Classic cars show including the Jaguar Car Club.
- Drop-in by the local fire service with their engine!
Add to these a range of children’s attractions, ice creams, etc. plus raffles and, of course, the concluding stage of Clarborough’s Scarecrow Competition…
