The Clarborough and District Women’s Institute reflects on a busy and fulfilling 2024 as it looks forward to an equally engaging 2025. The past year saw the group warmly welcoming new members, who are encouraged to continue enjoying all that the WI has to offer in the year ahead.
In December, members celebrated the festive season with a Christmas party, and many took part in County events held at various venues throughout the year.
The upcoming schedule includes:
- Monday 13th January: A talk by Reverend Mark Cantrill on Shirt Making.
- Monday 10th February: Lesley Taylor from Veolia will present Talking Rubbish.
Meetings are held at Clarborough Village Hall and begin at 2.00pm. Visitors are warmly invited to attend for a fee of £5.00, which includes refreshments and a raffle ticket.
