The inspiring women of Clarborough and District WI get some frequently asked questions:
- Do I have to make jam to join the WI?
- Do I have to enter competitions?
- Do I have to live in Clarborough?
- Do I have to be retired?
The answer to all of the above is a resounding “No!” – but the ladies in the WI don’t like to be negative, so here’s the final question they get asked: I can’t bake, sing or knit; can I still join?
Of course you can! The WI is a non-sectarian, non-party political and welcomes all women over 18. Contact Lesley on 07967 191007 or Lucy on 01777 870054 with any questions you may have.
