by | 13 July 2019 | Local Charity, Retford, Worksop

To mark 25 years of service to the community, the team at Bassetlaw Hospice have set a challenge to sell at least 2,500 Grand Prize Draw tickets, with a first prize of £250 cash generously donated by local company J-Flex. Other prizes include, overnight stay with Spa at Ye Olde Bell Hotel, dinner bed and breakfast at the West Retford Hotel, Kettlewells holiday voucher, tickets for the North York Moors Steam Railway and My Gym membership for two people. There are also many more great prizes all generously donated by the local community.

At £1.00 each, tickets are on sale at the hospice, currently located at St Michaels View, Hallcroft, in their charity shops and at their fundraising events. The hospice would also be delighted to hear from anyone who would like to support the charity by selling tickets to family, friends, local businesses or organisations, etc. They can provide packs of ten or more tickets and posters to help.

Debbie Rawlings from the charity said: “We are incredibly grateful to all the local businesses and individuals for their generous support. With so many prizes to win for just a £1.00 ticket we hope that with the help of the local community, we can achieve our target with all the proceeds going to support the work of the hospice.”

The draw will take place on 4th October 2019. For tickets and further information please contact the Appeal Office 01777 710444 or email debbie@bassetlawhospice.org. The hospice is thankful for your support.
