NCHA Bassetlaw Connect is a free service for those who have lost a loved one or their health is deteriorating, they may find that they are struggling with daily life or feeling lonely, isolated and vulnerable in their own home. The Connect service can help them by finding information about local services, activities and opportunities. If needed, Connect staff can work with them around money issues, housing problems, health management and other things. This short-term support will be tailored to their needs and will focus on achieving what they want in a way that suits them.
