The March meeting of the Bassetlaw branch of Parkinson’s UK once again saw new members receive a warm welcome, and despite the AGM and the possibility of committee recruitment, it was a well-attended event. Music, friendship and laughter were in abundance.
Members extend sincere thanks to Asda for the generous donation of a large hamper as a raffle prize.
The next meeting will take place on Monday 1st April at Worksop Cricket Club at 2.00pm, with a theme of fun, friendship and table-top games. This new, less structured afternoon was suggested by members and is designed to accommodate all levels of competitiveness.
