Harworth Christie Organ Enthusiasts

by | 16 September 2019 | Community Event, Dancing, Music

Do you like old time dancing, or just listening to a professional theatre organist play? Harworth Christie Organ Enthusiasts hold a monthly dance and concert, usually on the last weekend of every month (dancing on the Saturday evening, with a concert on Sunday afternoon) and are inviting visitors to join them.

Members are entertained by a different professional organist every month, playing the group’s Christie theatre organ. April’s concert, featuring the talented David Ivory, takes place on Sunday 22nd April at 2.30pm. Tickets cost £6.00 for members and senior citizens and £7.00 for non-members. Entry for children aged under 12 is free with an accompanying adult and free refreshments will be served in the interval.

The events are held at Harworth Community Hall, Whitehouse Road, Bircotes DN11 8EF. For more information see www.harworthchristie.org.uk or call 07985 580558.
