Wheatley Family Research Group

by | 8 March 2019 | Heritage, Hobbies

The next meeting of the Wheatley Family Research Group will be on Wednesday 13th March at 2.00pm in the Village Hall, South Wheatley. They are an enthusiastic self-help group who are willing and able to help people wanting to get started with their family history as well as providing help to those who have hit a ‘brick wall; and cannot find a way forward.

New members are always welcome, so if you are interested in starting to research your family roots or have started and hit a ‘brick wall’ or just need a bit of guidance why not go along and see how they can help — taking your laptop (or tablet etc.) with you. The cost of this two-hour session is only £3.00. They have internet access, and are also able to use member’s subscriptions to, for example, Find My Past in addition to the free family searching sites. For more information please contact Alan on 01427 884147 or Dave on 01427 880934.
