Coming up at Retford Library is:

A Talk by Sue Allan: In Search of Mayflower Pilgrim Susanna White-Winslow
Thursday 10th May, 7.00pm to 8.30pm
Susanna White-Winslow was one of only five of the original 18 women passengers of the Mayflower to survive the first winter in the New World. Local historian and author Sue Allan brings together the threads of her life through clues left in three poignant letters.

Children’s Theatre: A Square World
Friday 1st June, 3.00pm

A Travelling Cat — A presentation and talk about life on the canal system by Chris Abbott
