Your Health Your Way is Nottinghamshire’s new integrated wellbeing service. It is a free service available to support residents of Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City) to lose weight, get more active, eat healthier, drink less and quit smoking.
Their intervention services include: Weight Management (Adults, Families, Maternity), Physical Activity, Smoking (12 years+) and Alcohol. All interventions are free and delivered by a team of friendly and positive healthy lifestyle advisors, who will offer encouragement and advice on maintaining a positive approach to managing your weight and health behaviours.
