This year’s Summer Fair at All Hallows’ Church will take place in and around the church grounds from 2.00pm to 4.00pm on Saturday 27th June. Organisers are hoping for good weather, although there will still be plenty happening indoors if the rain arrives.
Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of stalls and activities, including a tombola, bottle stall, books and plants, refreshments and cakes, raffle, Good as New stall, tabletop games and entertainment for all ages. Children are invited to take part in a fancy-dress competition, with costumes ranging from wizards and pirates to clowns and zebras. Expensive costumes are not required, as originality and imagination will be just as important as appearance.
Donations for the Summer Fair are warmly welcomed and can be brought along between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on the day, or dropped off at All Hallows’ Church during the Wednesday morning coffee sessions from 10.00am to 12.00pm – with free coffee also available.
Everyone is encouraged to take friends and family along for what promises to be a lovely summer afternoon and a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces while supporting the local church community.
