A small local charity, Youth Enterprise and Employability Academy, is proud to announce that their rebuilding employability program is being supported by Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and they have been awarded over £9,000 by the National Lottery Community Fund.
This comes at a vital time. COVID-19 has, and is having, a detrimental effect on young people across Nottinghamshire, with hundreds of them becoming unemployed as businesses are forced into making redundancies or finishing young people throughout their 13-week probation.
The charity has seen the impact on young people and the need to support young people with getting back into work, or help to potentially start their own business. Find out more about the charity and how your support and donations can aid them to deliver extra support to young people across Nottinghamshire at www.youthenterprise.academy/.
