Super soup lunches will be served at St Saviour’s Church Hall, Lidget Lane, Retford DN22 6QW, every Thursday during Lent from 12.00pm to 1.30pm. Enjoy a bowl of soup, served with bread, cheese and a smile. Everyone is welcome on Thursdays 7th, 14th and 21st and 28th March and 4th and 11th April. They cost is £5.00 and all proceeds will be donated to Christian Aid. Lunches will also be served at St Michael’s Church on 7th March, St Joseph’s on 14th March, All Hallows on 21st March, St Swithun’s on 28th March and Hallcroft Methodist on 4th April.
