Retford Ramblers Group will be out and about walking in the local area during February. The group is always pleased to welcome non-members to come along on a taster walk or two.
Members meet in the Chapelgate Car Park on Sundays usually for a 9.30am departure. No car, don’t drive — no problem, they arrange car sharing. Their walks during February are:
- 4th — Clarborough and Welham, six miles leisurely pace
- 11th — Eakring, eight miles moderate pace
- 18th — Clumber, five-and-a-half miles moderate pace
- 25th — Sutton and Lound, eight-and-a-half miles moderate pace
