The Retford District MS Society Support Group’s Christmas Party Morning will take place on Friday 5th December at The Well, Hospital Road, DN22 7DB. If you’re affected by MS, you’re warmly invited to join in for a festive morning featuring homemade Christmas cake, coffee, a wacky quiz, and a Secret Santa. Please bring any Secret Santa gifts in a sealed gift bag or wrapped in festive paper. The party will run from 10.30am to 12.00pm.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who supported the recent Swimathon at Retford Leisure Centre and the Halloween fundraiser at The Well. The group is incredibly grateful to its volunteers, supporters, and friends – your time, energy, and generosity make these events possible.
Weekly Zoom meetings continue, offering physiotherapy, exercise, wellbeing sessions, and friendly chats. The group also promotes regular exercise for improved health and wellbeing and can provide home exercise equipment where needed. Members are also taking part in the Wednesday Wellness Project.
The Retford District MS Society Support Group is here to help people living with MS and their loved ones to live well and stay connected. New members are always given a warm welcome.
