October services and events
Sundays at 10.30am:
Morning Worship with Sunday activities for children, followed by coffee, tea, biscuits and time to chat. Communion is shared on the second and fifth Sundays of the month.
Sunday 5th October, 10.30am:
Café Church. An exciting new way to explore faith and experience church. On the first Sunday of each month a free breakfast or brunch is served in church from 10.30am to 10.50am, followed by a short, informal, innovative and accessible service suitable for anyone who is curious or seeking to belong. All are welcome, whatever your age.
Sunday 12th October, 10.30am:
Harvest Service followed by a bring-and-share lunch, all welcome.
Tuesdays, 3.30pm to 4.45pm:
Lego Club with snacks, Lego building, games and Bible stories. For primary age children and their adults.
Wednesdays, 10.30am:
Traditional Book of Common Prayer Communion followed by friendship and refreshments.
Thursdays from 5.00pm:
Rainbows, Brownies and Guides meet weekly. For details contact clarecheetham19@gmail.com.
First Tuesday of each month, 2.00pm to 3.00pm:
Grief Café. An informal get-together for those who have been bereaved, offering a safe environment to share experiences. Just turn up, or contact Barbara Moakes on 07768 159844 for more information.
Pies, Peas and Performances host monthly live music events in the Community Centre. For details contact Mark Barnett on 01777 701865.
