It has been a very busy summer for the Markham Clinton Community Project with many events well attended and the quizzes fully booked well in advance. Thanks are extended to everyone for their continued support and help. Keep Fit with Katie has restarted, offering six-week programmes and activities designed to give variety and a balanced workout.
Art and Crafts is also in full swing, with fantastic work being created across a range of mediums. The group is made up of enthusiastic people who enjoy learning new skills and sharing ideas, supported by resident artist and teacher Derrick Spence and talented crafter Judith Osborne. From visual arts to textiles, sewing and knitting, this is a friendly and encouraging environment in which to develop artistic skills, or simply to enjoy a cuppa and cake.

- Sunday 9th November– Remembrance Service and Holy Communion, 10.50am, beginning with the Two Minutes’ Silence, followed by Holy Communion. After the service, lunch will be served with entertainment from 1940s singer Stacey Lynn. Dressing in 1940s style is optional Tickets available from 1st October from committee members.

- Friday 23rd January – Burns Night Supper (time to be confirmed)
