Heritage Talk: Historical Highlights from Bassetlaw – Adrian Gray

Thursday 5th June, 7.00pm to 9.00pm

Bassetlaw is a vastly interesting, but often overlooked, area covering north Nottinghamshire. It contains stately homes, historic villages and a large section of the Trent valley. This talk, by local author and historian Adrian Gray, brings together some of the most interesting places in the historic landscape of this area – great scenery, romantic old houses and stories of the people who lived there. Book now for £3.00. Places are limited, so booking is essential. Book online with Eventbrite, call 01623 677200 or ask at Retford Library.
