The Markham Clinton Community Project (MCCP) would like to thank everyone who attended the Carol Service, making it an incredible success. This year saw record attendance with 83 people, filling the venue. Performances by Georgia and Oscar Pinkerton were highly praised, with both entertaining the audience and singing beautifully.
MCCP extends its gratitude to Paul Carruthers of Egmanton Christmas Trees for his generosity in donating a stunning Christmas tree for the occasion.
The wreath-making day also proved very popular, with many beautiful wreaths adorning local doorways. Due to its success, the event will be held again next year.
Plans are underway for another music night at All Saints Church on Friday 28th February. By popular demand, Stacey Lynn will return to perform for those who may have missed her previous appearance.
Stacey is also scheduled to sing at the Remembrance Service on Sunday 10th November, which will include a special World War II lunch event. Further events are planned for 2025, with details available at www.MCCProject.co.uk.

- Saturday 15th February and Saturday 15th March: Cuppa and Cake from 10.30am to 12.30pm, including a raffle with great prizes.
- Friday 7th February and Friday 7th March: Quiz Night at 7.00pm, with a cheese board provided. Guests are invited to bring their own alcohol (£3.00 per person).
- Friday 28th February: Music Night with Stacey Lynn, starting at 7.00pm (£8.00).
- Sunday 23rd February and Sunday 16th March: Holy Communion Service at 10.30am, followed by refreshments.
Good Friday 18th April: Meditation and Prayers from 2.30pm to 3.30pm – a time for reflection with music and prayers.
Sunday 27th April: Holy Communion Service at 10.30am, followed by refreshments. - Every Monday: Keep Fit sessions from 10.15am to 11.15am (£7.00).
- Every Wednesday: Art and Crafts (£8.00) and Knit and Natter (£3.50) from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Tea, coffee, and cakes are included.
