Following a hugely successful centenary show, Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group is back and ready to entertain with A Night at the Moviecals, running from Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th October at the Gordon Bennett Memorial Hall, Thurcroft.
With songs from screen to stage, there is something for everyone, along with plenty of surprises along the way.
Throw in quality entertainment, table service, and the best pie and peas you’ve ever tasted – what more could you ask for?
The Society’s production team, led by producer Tanvia Holden, musical director Eloise Canzini, choreographer Emma Cahill, and assistant producer Dawn McCombe, alongside the talented members, is working hard to create this fantastic cabaret-style show for the Rotherham community.
In April this year, at the National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) North East Gala, held at the Bridlington Spa, Peter Cahill, president of Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group, and his wife Jennifer were presented with the Society’s centenary certificate.
The success of the Society being around for 100 years is not only thanks to the members, but also to the supporters who come along year after year, enjoying themselves.
The Society extends its heartfelt thanks for all the support.
Tickets for A Night at the Moviecals are £18.00 each (including pie and peas), and are available from Judith on 07527 719093.
