Members of Maltby Miners Welfare Band and the Training Band are getting into the festive spirit and warming up for Christmas.
The main band will perform its ever-popular Christmas Concert at Rotherham Civic Theatre on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd December.
Both bands will also take part in a Free Christmas Concert at the Wesley Centre in Maltby at 3.00pm on Sunday 14th December.
The Training Band will appear at at Ravenfield Parish Hall at 10.30am on Sunday 21st December. Throughout December, groups of players will be out and about across Maltby and the surrounding villages. The band will perform at Harthill Church on Saturday 6th, the Queen’s in Maltby on Thursday 11th, Laughton Church on Saturday 13th, Braithwell Church on Friday 19th and Stainton on Sunday 21st.
The band wishes all its followers a very happy Christmas, thanks everyone for their continued support throughout the year, and looks forward to seeing you all in 2026.
