After enjoying gardens in the lovely summer weather, it is time for members of Clays Horticultural Society to get busy again before the winter sets in!
The group’s September meeting had to be deferred due to the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. It was held on 26th September.
The Society’s AGM will be Monday 17th October at 7.00pm and will be a social evening. Light refreshments will be served. Please take a taste of dishes made from your garden produce. The onion competition will be judged!
At this meeting members will be acquainted with the exciting 2022-23 programme. Several fabulous outings are planned, plus a holiday. Lots of interesting speakers are already booked.
The trip to Thursford Christmas Show in November is almost sold out but there is small number of tickets still available.
At the November meeting, members (and friends!) can learn how to make Christmas decorations out of willow with Kate Richards. Join them, learn and enjoy!
