This is an invitation to the ever-popular ‘Welcome to Spring’ walk from St Mary’s Church Knaith to Gate Burton Chateau on Sunday 12th February, 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Here spring begins to emerge with displays of aconites and snowdrops, and tantalising glimpses of the mighty Trent are on offer all the way.
Signs will display the location off the A156. Dogs are welcome on a lead. Refreshments will be sold in the cosy peace of St Mary’s Church. Admission is £2.50 per adult, with children free.
