People go to them with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may have been asked to give evidence in court; or been misled by a dodgy ad. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
It doesn’t matter who you are, or what your situation is, Citizens Advice will always give you free, confidential and impartial advice.
There are a number of ways people can get advice:

General advice will be given via their Adviceline which people can reach by calling 0300 3309 034. This is open Monday to Friday, from 10.00am to 4.00pm
People can chat online to an advisor by visiting www.citizensadvice.org.uk/contact-us.
People looking for advice on consumer issues (eg issues related to products or services you’ve purchased) can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or chat online to an advisor on their website. This is open Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Anyone seeking to make a new claim for Universal Credit should call the Universal Credit Help to Claim line on 0800 144 8 444. This is open Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
