Despite the recent heat, Morton Village Hall all has continued to welcome all regular groups – from Beavers, Cubs, Brownies and Guides, to bowls, bridge and craft.

For more information on the groups that meet at the hall, pop in and browse the information boards in the foyer.
The hall has also hosted some wonderful events, including birthday parties and a coffee morning arranged by Tracey Wood. This well-attended morning brought together guests aged from three to 83! A variety of cakes and savoury bakes were on offer, alongside a raffle, and we were joined by Kirsty and Amy from Tropic Skincare. Over £300 was raised for the Village Hall funds – a fantastic result from a lovely morning.

Moving into the summer holidays, things do quieten down a little, with some groups pausing until the autumn. If you would like to hold your event at the hall, or enquire about using its facilities on a regular basis, contact Phil at http://philrob1@tiscali.co.uk.
