Morton Charity Tea Dance

by | 29 July 2019 | Dancing, Gainsborough

Recently, the Morton Charity Tea Dance Group celebrated American Independence Day, and a good time was had by all, who were keeping fit and having fun, dancing to Keith Ivor Band.

Everyone is welcome from experienced dancers, to those wanting to just try out. The group dance from 2.30pm to 4.30pm every four weeks on Thursdays at Morton Village Hall. The next dance is on Thursday 1st August and is £5.00 per person. There is usually a raffle, with any monies raised given to charities at the Christmas party. Members say that the activity is good for diabetics and arthritics and many more ailments — you keep fit and have fun.

Incidentally, the Keith Ivor Band is seeking members who can play drums, piano or guitar for occasional gigs. If anyone is interested, please contact Keith on 01472 349055.
