The final meeting of the Gainsborough Area Group of Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust’s autumn programme is a talk by Matt Cox (Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust Warden) on Wednesday 20th November, entitled ‘The Sands and Peats of North West Lincolnshire’ which will focus on the Trust’s reserves in the area.
Join them at St Stephen’s Methodist Church, Gainsborough DN21 2DP (entry from the Roseway Car Park). All are welcome to the meeting which begins at 7.30pm. Entrance is by donation of £2.50 (minimum). There will be an interval with refreshments and raffle.
The Group also enjoyed an outdoor visit on a warm and sunny Sunday on 6th October to Kettlethorpe Woods on a fungus foray.
