If you missed Lea Village Hall’s September coffee morning you missed something special. The numbers increase every month and it is lovely to see people connecting with each other. Thank you to everyone who joined them.
The next coffee mornings at Lea Village Hall are on Friday 4th October and then Friday 1st November. Please join them for a cup of tea or coffee and a delicious slice of homemade cake or tasty savoury option. The coffee morning will run from 10.30am to 12.00pm and costs only £2.50 per person.
They provide a safe warm space for everyone who may feel lonely or who just wants to get out and meet some new people. They also run a book swap so go in and catch up on some reading. Have you just moved to the village and would like to meet some locals?
The coffee mornings will run on the first Friday of every month.
On Saturday 26th October they have a very special evening lined up – you are invited to listen to an exceptional musical trio – Alex, Di and John – who play an eclectic mix of folk, country and jazz. It’s a ‘BYO bottle and nibbles’ event so there will be no extra cost. For tickets, which cost £10.00, contact 07917 350612.
