The Kirton in Lindsey Society’s season of indoor meetings continues Tuesday 22nd February at 7.30pm, in the Town Hall, Market Place, Kirton in Lindsey, when the subject will be ‘The Jack Binns Story’.
John Allen returns to show a film documentary about this fascinating man, born in Brigg workhouse, who went on to be a life-saving wireless operator on the SS Republic.
Future talks include ‘The Lost Monasteries of the Witham Valley’, ‘Farming through Time and Seasons’ and ‘Medieval Gardening’.
