The Kirton in Lindsey Amateur Gardeners (KLAGs) 2023 season of meetings continues on Wednesday 20th September at 7.30pm, in the Town Hall, Market Place, Kirton in Lindsey.
The talk and presentation this time will be about one of our favourite garden summer flowers: Dahlias – how to grow them; different types and how to show them. It will be given by Jim Flear.
Jim is one of the country’s best Dahlia growers and two of the Dahlias he cultivated won silver and bronze medals in last year’s National Dahlia Championships. He is also a Vice-President of KLAGs and one of their longest serving members.
At each meeting monthly competitions are held for members; this month it will be ‘Three Scones’.
