Citizens Advice Lindsey is currently looking for volunteer Telephone Advisers to join the team in Gainsborough.
Advisers help provide an effective and efficient advice service to members of the public affected by the current cost of living crisis.
They are looking for volunteers who can commit to at least six months’ volunteering, and full training will be given.
Jenny Barnett, CEO at Citizens Advice Lindsey, said: “Thanks to our amazing volunteers we can continue making a huge difference to people’s lives. Our volunteers give up their time for free to help people who may be going through problems to get back on their feet.
“Volunteering brings its own rewards and is a great way to meet new people and learn new skills. People choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. For some it offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around them. For others it provides an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. Regardless of the motivation, what unites them all is that they find it both challenging and rewarding.
