It is not too soon to plan to enter Misterton’s Christmas Tree Festival, part of the annual switch-on of the Christmas lights on Friday 1st December. The display of Christmas trees will be in Misterton Parish Church with a prize for the best-dressed tree and everyone is welcome to enter: clubs, societies, organisations, businesses, and individuals.
Decorate the tree in any way you wish as long as it has a Christmassy theme! The height of the tree should not be more than four feet (1.25metres). Any lights should be battery powered. Please include the name of your organisation or business on a sheet of card or paper no bigger than A4, with any other information you want to give; this will be displayed with the tree.
