Charity Nights at The Blues Club in Gainsborough start again on Saturday 17th February.
Let’s hope it is the start of another successful year of helping local charities, organisations and individuals. None of this could happen without the generosity of people attending the Charity Nights, so next time you attend why not take a friend? Buying event tickets, buying raffle tickets, donating raffle prizes – or even all three – are great ways you can help.
This year there will not be as many Charity Nights, with a short summer break from June to September (ticket sales are generally down in this period), so it is even more important to enjoy the events that are planned and ensure each of them sells out.
Ordering tickets in advance can make a big difference to the organisation of events, even as far away as New Year’s Eve (45% of tickets for New Year’s Eve have already been sold!). Not only does this help the organisers, it means that if a gig has undersold there is time to cancel and let the act find another opportunity.
17th February will be Valentine’s Night and sees the return of A-Kay all the way from Liverpool with his tribute to the legendary Barry White, plus Soul and Motown show. The evening will also feature special guest Shorrel Jad for the first time at The Blues Club, performing Motown, Northern Soul and much more.
This is going to be an outstanding night, so don’t miss out on tickets at only £20.00pp including hot food supper – amazing value.
For tickets and more information ring 07508 320243, 07931 762159, 07759 945194 or 07931 714069.
The following gig, on 13th April, will feature one the best bands on the Sixties circuit – The Moggies 60s Super Show, supported by consistent favourite Mike James.
The evening will be about soul, Motown, Northern Soul and more, plus Ady’s sound and light show and disco all for the fantastic price of £10.00pp. A great night out without travelling and helping to raise money for local charities.
Don’t forget you get a reserved seat / table for all Charity Nights with the number of people in the room limited for your safety and comfort.
The club thanks you for your continuous support.
